Key responsibilities:

Omni Channel Public Relations & Communications
  • Assist in public relations & communication plans in an effective and innovative manner to ensure brand messages are delivered across digital/social media platforms based on business objectives and priorities
  • Foster relationships with media & influencers through constant contact
  • Prepare press kit materials and writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
  • Prepare press gifts with different creative ideas to catch the editor’s attention
  • Assist in organize & animate PR events for key product launches.
  • Discover needs/interest/ interesting PR angles of the media & influencers and tailor the brands/products/stories accordingly to secure PR exposures/ coverages
  • Handling day-to-day media & influencers liaisons & social media support
  • Work closely with marketing team to help develop and implement ongoing PR campaigns to support company's objectives and priorities.
  • Track, analyze PR metrics and provide insightful reports on campaign effectiveness, recommending adjustments for continuous improvement and adapting strategies to meet ever evolving market dynamics
Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Assist in coordination with the agency/ publishers for PR/Media related planning
  • Liaison between media owner, media agency and creative agency in PR or social-related campaigns/ projects whenever needed
  • Nurture meaningful connections across various social communities including the brand’s owned media platforms
  • Create and manage engagement initiatives, including events, and exclusive content to deepen customer advocacy.
  • Highly attentive to the social media space, provide case studies/ insights on best practices, trends, competitors’ program & any possible emerging platforms
  • To monitor and optimize any possible social media platforms to deliver high awareness & engagement on the brands
Requirement:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/ Degree in PR, Marketing or any related field
  • Strong knowledge in Retail Marketing and PR, current retails market trend principles and consumer behavior
  • Creativity and have a great interest in social media channels
