They process client requests with a strong commitment to trust and data integrity, providing precise updates while safeguarding sensitive information. The role involves manual entry of requests, tracking delayed orders, and adhering to custom client requirements. Attention to detail and proactive communication with the team are essential to prevent delays and uphold data accuracy. Additionally, the specialist will develop a deep understanding of international products and services, reinforcing quality and trust throughout the process. Duties and Responsibilities   Adherent to established Standard Operating Policies and Procedures to ensure the expectations of our clients are being met   Perform the necessary research to ensure customer orders are processed thoroughly and efficiently   Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping proprietary information confidential   Utilize all available tools to effectively perform job responsibilities   Communicate timely updates and results as outlined by InformData and client expectations   Utilize knowledge of products, services, and workflow to ensure orders are processed per policy and procedure  Maintain communication with the vendors to establish lasting relationship    Ensure that all searches are being updated with the required details within the required time frame          Please note that this job description is meant to give a basic understanding of the position and does not cover every part of the job duties and requirements.
