We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Inventory & Fleet Manager to oversee inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, and fleet management.

What You’ll Do

Inventory & Purchasing

  • Maintain accurate inventory across warehouse, service vans, and job sites
  • Perform cycle counts and regular inventory audits
  • Manage purchasing for HVAC parts, tools, and materials at competitive prices
  • Track purchase orders and deliveries, resolve backorders and vendor issues
  • Set par levels and reorder points to avoid shortages and overstock

    Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee receiving, staging, organizing, and dispatching of all materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Supervise warehouse team members and support roles
  • Optimize layout and processes to support daily field operations

    Fleet Management
  • Schedule and manage maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all company vehicles
  • Maintain accurate fleet records including registration, insurance, and compliance
  • Monitor vehicle usage, track mileage, and manage vehicle assignments
  • Ensure all vehicles meet company standards and safety regulations

    Facilities Oversight
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety improvements
  • Oversee vendor work and ensure building is operational and secure

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or fleet management (HVAC or construction preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC tools, parts, and materials (preferred)
  • Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on efficiency and accountability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
