We're Hiring: Job Placement Recruiter — Visa Clients (H-1B, H-2B, H-3) | Remote

We are a fast-growing company helping Hispanic families navigate immigration and documentation services through our online program. We are looking for a high-performing recruiter who can find job openings and apply to them on behalf of our clients pursuing H-1B, H-2B, and H-3 visas. If you have experience in job sourcing, placement, staffing-agency recruiting, immigration services, or international recruitment, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

  • Base: $1,000/month + uncapped placement commissions
  • Performance bonuses

What You'll Do

  • Source job openings and employers that sponsor H-1B, H-2B, and H-3 visas
  • Match our visa clients to suitable roles
  • Submit applications on our clients' behalf
  • Follow up with employers and maintain placement activity
  • Track applications and keep clients updated on their pipeline
  • Consistently hit placement and submission targets

Requirements

  • Proven job-sourcing, placement, or recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with H-1B, H-2B, and/or H-3 visa sponsorship processes
  • Strong English communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Experience with job boards, ATS, or sourcing tools is a strong plus

  • Staffing / recruiting agencies
  • Visa or immigration-based placement
  • Technical, healthcare, or skilled-trades recruiting (common H-visa fields)
  • International / offshore recruitment
