Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Virtual School-Based Social Worker licensed in Pennsylvania to provide services to K-12 students. As a 1099 independent contractor, you ll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to address student needs. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives. Caseload Details  Fully remote position working with K-12 grade levels providing counseling sessions for students needing emotional and learning support.  Part Time Position 2-3 days weekly schedule  Flexible schedule offered Key Responsibilities  Provide virtual counseling and support to Pennsylvania K-12 students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.  Develop and implement strategies to help students overcome barriers to academic and social success.  Collaborate with Pennsylvania school administrators, teachers, and families to create a supportive learning environment.  Conduct assessments and provide interventions aligned with students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).  Facilitate group sessions on topics such as social skills, coping strategies, and conflict resolution.  Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to Pennsylvania and federal regulations.  Utilize VocoVision s teletherapy platform to deliver services effectively. Requirements  Active licensure as a School Social Worker in Pennsylvania  Professional Educators License in the state of Pennsylvania  Master s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.  Minimum of 2 years of experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school or virtual setting.  Deep understanding of Pennsylvania school policies and special education requirements.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools.  Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate equipment for virtual service delivery (e.g., webcam, headset).
