Role Overview The Junior Client Account Executive will support day to day client management and project coordination across multiple client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of clients and the internal creative team. You will help manage communication, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns and content are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

  • Act as the main day to day contact for assigned client accounts
  • Manage regular communication with clients
  • Understand clients' goals, requests, and feedback, then relay them clearly to internal teams when needed
  • Build strong and professional client relationships

Project Coordination

  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate with internal teams including designers, content creators, and strategists
  • Track progress of campaigns, content production, and marketing deliverables
  • Ensure all tasks and deadlines are clearly communicated to the team

Account Management Support

  • Assist in preparing meeting notes, status updates, and client reports
  • Help plan campaign timelines, content calendars, and marketing activities
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy before sending to clients
  • Follow up with internal teams to keep projects moving forward

Administrative and Operational Tasks

  • Organize project documentation and maintain clear records of communication
  • Assist with proposal preparation, campaign planning, and presentations when needed
  • Support the account management team with general client servicing tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or agency environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail oriented and proactive in following up on tasks
  • Able to work collaboratively with remote teams
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or content production is a plus
