The Key Account Manager is responsible for executing the operational and tactical plans that support the growth and performance of key accounts for Philips Personal Health business. This role works in close partnership with the Senior Key Account Manager, who defines the overall account strategy.

The role ensures accurate and timely execution of forecasts, promotions, reporting, and account activation, while supporting customer engagement and internal coordination. The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution, maintaining strong operational discipline, and enabling consistent business performance.

The role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment across sales, demand planning, marketing, Marketing, finance, and analytics teams, and operates within defined processes and guidance to deliver results.

Your role:

  • You will execute key account strategies by turning business priorities into clear actions, timelines, and deliverables.
  • You will own forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking across monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to support strong account results.
  • You will monitor sales, promotions, identify risks and opportunities and recommend next steps.
  • You will support promotional and trade execution from planning through post-event analysis while ensuring budget alignment and return on investment.
  • You will drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate data, streamlining processes, and ensuring flawless execution across tools and systems.
  • You will partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, analytics, and planning teams to keep account plans aligned and moving forward.
  • You will provide customer-facing support through meeting preparation, performance updates, and insight-driven communication that strengthens execution and decision-making.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent and you’ve acquired a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, Analytics, or related field
  • You have exposure to eCommerce / Amazon environment and experience working with sales reporting and forecasting tools.  CPG and Amazon account management experience is preferred. 
  • You bring strong operational discipline, with the ability to execute forecasts, promotions, and reporting accurately and on time.
  • You use data confidently to interpret key performance indicators, spot risks early, and translate insights into clear action plans.  You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail across forecasting, trade activities, promotions, and reporting.
  • You manage multiple priorities effectively, balancing deadlines while focusing on the issues that will have the greatest business impact.
  • You apply working knowledge of Amazon or eCommerce execution, including inventory flow, promotions, digital shelf fundamentals, and pricing or catalog management.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across demand planning, marketing, finance, and analytics, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and deliver on time.
  • Communicate with clarity and ownership, providing concise updates, driving issues to resolution, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reporting.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • While this role may be performed remotely in the US, preference will be given to candidates based in (or able to work regularly from) Seattle, WA; Stamford, CT is also a key hub for this team.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. The Target Earning potential is $90,000 to $150,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.
