Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant

Cognizant is seeking a Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant to join our Information Technology consulting team, partnering with global clients to design, implement, and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse–based supply chain planning solutions. In this senior, client-facing role, you will work at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and consulting, helping organizations transform their planning capabilities and leverage AI and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead end-to-end Kinaxis solution engagements, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Working closely with client business and IT stakeholders, you will analyze current supply chain planning processes across demand, supply, S&OP, inventory, and order fulfillment, translate them into Kinaxis RapidResponse designs, and configure solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with best practices. You will perform fit-gap analysis, map business processes to Kinaxis capabilities, and recommend process improvements that enhance visibility, responsiveness, and performance. As a senior consultant, you will configure and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse workbooks, dashboards, and planning worksheets, define data models and key planning attributes, and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems such as ERPs and data warehouses.

You will collaborate with technical teams on data extraction, transformation, and loading; support scenario planning and what-if analysis; and help clients leverage analytics and emerging AI capabilities to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and service levels. You will guide project teams through implementation lifecycles using structured delivery methodologies, contributing to project plans, risk identification, and issue resolution. You will define and execute test strategies, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing, and ensure that solutions are thoroughly validated against business requirements.

A key part of your role will be to prepare clear documentation, configuration guides, and training materials, and to deliver engaging user training and knowledge transfer so that clients can confidently adopt and sustain the solution. This position requires strong consulting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical and planning concepts in clear, business-focused terms. You will facilitate workshops, lead design and review sessions, and present solution options and recommendations to both business leaders and IT stakeholders.

You will mentor junior team members, contribute to internal best practices and accelerators, and support pre-sales activities such as solution demos and effort estimation when needed. At Cognizant, you will be part of a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous learning. You will have the opportunity to explore and apply AI and advanced analytics within Kinaxis and the broader supply chain ecosystem, helping clients modernize their planning capabilities and achieve improved operational and financial outcomes.

This role typically operates in a hybrid environment, combining client-site visits, collaboration from Cognizant offices, and remote work, and may involve moderate travel based on client needs. The ideal candidate brings several years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation experience, a solid foundation in supply chain planning concepts, and a strong desire to work directly with clients to solve complex business problems using leading-edge digital solutions.
