We are now hiring in Bath, NY as we launch operations at the WNY2 Amazon delivery station at 6823 Industrial Park Rd, Bath, NY 14810.

This is an opportunity to be build something from day one with strong opportunities for growth as we expand.

Compensation: $22.00/hour
If you work 40 hours per week, you can earn up to $880 per week.

OLOG Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver packages and smiles every day. We are looking for dependable individuals who are motivated to work in a team environment and take pride in doing the job the right way.

As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company. Your role is to ensure that every package is delivered safely, on time, and to the correct location while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

We provide paid training so all team members feel confident on the road and at the customer’s doorstep.

Delivery Associate Responsibilities:

  • Load vans and deliver packages safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
  • Get in and out of the vehicle, walk up and down stairs, and navigate driveways throughout your shift
  • Follow all safety standards on and off the road
  • Use a company-provided device for navigation, scanning packages, and communication
  • Take photos of deliveries and follow proper delivery procedures
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, managers, and team members
  • Interact with customers and the public in a professional manner
  • Problem-solve and adapt in real time during your route

Delivery Associate Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
  • Able to pass a drug test
  • Ability to operate a delivery van (up to 10,000 lbs; no personal vehicle required)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move packages up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
  • Comfortable driving in varying weather and road conditions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Schedule:

  • Full-time positions available
  • Typically 4 days per week
  • Up to 10-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability required

What is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner?

Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), independent delivery companies that help Amazon deliver thousands of packages every day. As a Delivery Associate, you will be employed by OLOG Logistics, not Amazon, and will operate out of a local Amazon delivery station.
