In this critical role, you'll help us achieve these goals for our clients and play a crucial part in enabling RapidScale to meet our ambitious growth targets.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Deliver cloud solutions across client engagements including assessments, migrations (rehost, replatform, refactor), and modernization initiatives</li><li>Implement Azure environments aligned to security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization best practices</li><li>Partner with Solution Architects to translate designs into scalable, executable solutions</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation and deployment</li><li>Support transition of client environments to Managed Services, including documentation, diagrams, and knowledge transfer</li><li>Contribute to automation, process improvements, and internal capability development within the Professional Services team</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><p></p><p>Minimum</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field</li><li>Strong client-facing and consultative experience in addition to hands-on delivery</li><li>Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure, networking, identity, and governance (IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policies)</li><li>Proven experience migrating workloads to Azure using tools such as Azure Migrate, ASR, or similar</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, (ARM/Bicep a plus)</li><li>Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Azure CLI)</li><li>Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)</li><li>Systems administration experience across Windows and/or Linux</li><li>At least one Associate, Expert, or Specialty-level certificate on Azure</li><li>Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automation</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred</p><ul><li>Working knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes (AKS or similar)</li><li>Experience with rehost, replatform, and refactor migration strategies</li><li>Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</li><li>DevOps Engineer Expert, AI Engineer, or any Data-related certifications is desirable.</li><li>Exposureto AWS or GCP</li><li>Experience with AIML services and tools for building custom solutions on Azure </li><li>Experience with Data and analytics services on Azure (Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Databricks)</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:left"><b>Benefits</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
