<p><b>ICF</b> is seeking a <b>Lead Grants Administrator </b>with experience and expertise in <b>federal grants management, financial management, and accounting</b> to support federally funded grant programs. <b>This position is 100% Remote in the United States.</b> This role will support state and local government clients managing complex disaster recovery portfolios and will serve as a trusted advisor on financial compliance, program management, and federal grant execution. </p><p></p><p>The position requires hands-on experience across the full grant lifecycle, including budgeting, cost estimating, financial controls, drawdown oversight, subrecipient monitoring, and compliance with 2 CFR Part 200, HUD Notices, and Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery requirements.
