This exciting contract role allows you to set your own schedule while receiving comprehensive training. Each project pays $350 for 10-12 hours of dedicated work, perfect for those who are passionate about creating unforgettable wedding experiences in the 2026 season and beyond.As a Lead Wedding Planner, your primary responsibility will be to execute wedding planning services, primarily onsite, alongside our client experience managers and assistant coordinators. Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting a final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the big day to confirm logistics, timelines, and expectations.Leading and facilitating the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, ensuring all participants are confident in timing, processional flow, and key cues.Acting as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused demeanor while supporting them through any challenges.Overseeing the ceremony and reception setup in line with the event design and our day-of execution playbook.Managing the full wedding day execution, from initial vendor arrival to final breakdown at the end of the evening.Greeting, directing, and serving as the main point of contact for all vendors to ensure smooth operations.Clearly communicating setup instructions to vendors to align with the event plan.Coordinating and assisting with the placement of personal and event details, including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and décor elements.Providing guidance, timing cues, and assistance to the wedding party and family members throughout the day.Ensuring all end-of-event items, such as gifts, guest books, and personal décor, are properly packed and accounted for.Proactively managing and resolving any issues or last-minute changes to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.RequirementsAvailability to work on weekends is essential.A minimum of 2 years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner.Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.Reliable transportation is a must.Ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
