Streamline Property Management is looking for an experienced, talented leasing agent and residential property manager to handle a portfolio of residential homes to lease and care for in Washington DC.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent and Property Manager to join our team. Our purpose is the democratization of residential real estate ownership for regular people and to provide a high quality living experience for the residents who makes these properties their home.

Duties

Here are just some things about the position:

  • Handle repairs when things break
  • Be yourself in effectively communicating with residents, owners, and all those in our work ecosystem
  • Visit people & properties
  • Treat everyone you encounter with honesty & respect
  • Work from home and from the office
  • Have difficult conversations with people when things don't go perfectly

Requirements

  • A sense of humor (even if it's teeny tiny)
  • Property Management license in DC
  • Driver's license & transportation
  • Have your own transportation
  • The desire to grow personally & professionally
  • Decent degree of flexibility in your schedule
  • The ability to accomplish your goals with minimal supervision / maximum independence

How you'll be compensated for your services:

  • Total Income - Our property managers, between salary, commission, and retirement contributions, can earn between $80,000 to $125,000 annually.
  • Commission - leasing fees when properties get rented
  • Retirement benefits
  • Time off - 15 paid days off per year + federal holidays
