Licensed Insurance Customer Service (Part-Time)

Are you an experienced and licensed insurance professional with Allstate Insurance experience, but feel stagnant in your current role? In this position you can expect a salary of 48-52kk with monthly and annual commission opportunities allowing you to reach up to 75k annually. Requirements

  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Allstate Experience is a MUST
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Must be well versed in Eagent and Allstate systems
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
