Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Process and review prescription orders accurately in compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations and Walgreens policies.
Enter prescription data, verify insurance information, and resolve third-party billing issues.
Support pharmacists by preparing prescriptions, managing refills, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams via phone and electronic systems.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
