In this role, you will lead end-to-end operations of a high-speed packaging line, ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing a high-performing team.

- Own end-to-end line performance from product receipt through to finished goods, ensuring delivery of production plans across quality, cost, and service targets.

- Drive continuous improvement by closing performance gaps and enhancing Packaging Key Performance Indicators using Carlsberg Excellence (Continuous Improvement) methodologies.
- Ensure operational compliance and safety by adhering to legal, company, and Health, Safety, Security and Environment standards across all processes.
- Manage resources and budget to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining cost discipline.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Food Technology)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role
- Proven experience in managing people and driving performance improvements
- Strong understanding of production operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
