We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Learning and Development (LMS & Digital) Specialist to support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Copeland’s learning technology ecosystem, primarily our Workday Learning Management System (LMS) and Skillsoft digital learning platform. This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid. This role will place you at the center of our learning transformation, helping us deliver engaging and effective learning experiences, ensuring alignment with enterprise talent strategies, and partnering closely with business leaders to meet their development needs. You will translate business priorities into practical, best-in-class learning solutions that drive performance and build capability across our global workforce. As the enterprise administrator for both Workday LMS and Skillsoft, you will ensure system functionality, digital content curation, and learner experience come together to create a modern, scalable, and impactful learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and rollout of the Workday LMS, ensuring a smooth transition, strong adoption, and alignment with enterprise learning goals. Act as enterprise administrator for Skillsoft, overseeing catalog management, licensing, content governance, and seamless integration with Workday LMS. Manage operations of both platforms, including course setup, assignments, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the learner experience. Develop processes and guidance to support consistent use of the LMS and SkillSoft across regions, functions, and learner groups. Use system analytics to monitor system performance, learner engagement, and program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Partner with Talent & Performance, HR, and business stakeholders to curate and manage learning content, ensuring accessibility and alignment with workforce capability and performance goals. Serve as a trusted partner to business and functional leaders by recommending scalable learning solutions that leverage Workday and Skillsoft capabilities, and by providing guidance and coaching to help them design effective learning programs aligned with best practices. Stay current on LMS and digital learning technology trends and recommend enhancements to keep Copeland’s learning approach modern, engaging, and impactful. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning & development, LMS administration, instructional design, or a related field. Proven experience administering both an LMS (Workday strongly preferred) and an enterprise learning content platform (Skillsoft or equivalent required). Demonstrated success administering LMS platforms and digital learning libraries, including catalog management, reporting, and user experience optimization. Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to understand needs and deliver tailored learning solutions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results on time. Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure learning effectiveness and inform improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and partner across functions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
