We're a residential mortgage brokerage expanding into Miami after successfully serving clients across California and the West Coast. Specializing in jumbo, non-QM, bank statement, portfolio, and foreign national loans, we emphasize responsive, boutique-level service supported by an experienced operations team.

We're building our Miami team with plans to open an office later this year in Brickell or Downtown Miami. This position begins remotely and will transition to hybrid or in-office once our physical space is established. We leverage technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Position Overview

The Loan Officer Assistant will support our team in various administrative and operational functions, initially focusing on general office support, marketing initiatives, website management, and setting up our new Miami office. The ideal candidate is highly proficient with AI tools and prompting, detail-oriented, and interested in growing their career in the mortgage and finance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and documentation management

  • Support marketing efforts, including social media updates, content creation, and email campaigns

  • Manage and update website content and online presence

  • Coordinate logistics for office set-up and ongoing operational needs

  • Provide basic support to Loan Officers, such as document preparation and client communication

  • Utilize technology platforms and AI tools extensively for improved efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

  • Entry-level role; no prior experience required, although a strong interest in mortgage processing or finance is essential

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication

  • Highly proficient with technology and experienced in using and prompting AI tools

  • Located in Miami metro area with flexibility to start remotely and transition to office/hybrid

  • Willingness to complete an assessment test as part of the hiring process
