Logistics Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations within a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing materials to support production and customer delivery.

Location: Tonasco Precision Machining Smart Factory, Bukit Jelutong

Responsibilities

· Manage daily receiving and unloading of incoming goods in a timely and organized manner, using appropriate equipment such as forklifts

· Inspect incoming materials for damages, discrepancies, or defects, and accurately record goods in the ERP system

· Verify shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy in quantities and specifications

· Prepare and maintain proper documentation, including labelling, packing lists, and inventory records

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse handling standards

· Support outbound logistics activities, including picking, packing, wrapping, and shipment coordination

· Work closely with supply chain, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

· Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment

· Hands-on experience with ERP systems and familiarity with ISO standards

· Good understanding of inventory control and material handling processes

· Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required

· Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset
