Alliance is looking for a Logistics Manager to keep our consumer healthcare products flowing smoothly across the US. This is a delivery-focused, operational role, working day-to-day with our 3PL partner in Louisville, Kentucky to ensure orders are shipped, stored, and delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time.

What you’ll be doing

Logistics & Distribution Execution

  • Execute and monitor daily logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service activities in line with established plans and procedures
  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from release through delivery
  • Track product movement from origin to final destination using web-based logistics and inventory management systems
  • Arrange warehousing activities, route planning, shipment processing, and goods cataloguing

Operational Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support transportation and delivery activities
  • Monitor stock levels, shipment status, delivery times, transport costs, and overall logistics efficiency
  • Escalate delivery issues, delays, inventory discrepancies, or customer complaints to appropriate internal teams

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain logistics metrics and dashboards to assess cost, service, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support initiatives focused on improving productivity, cost control, and service levels
  • Provide input into process reviews and procedural improvements to enhance delivery performance

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure logistics and warehouse operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ISO or quality requirements relevant to consumer healthcare products
  • Monitor warehouse activities including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics databases and records

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience managing 3PL relationships in the US
  • Solid understanding of US healthcare distribution regulations
  • Proven logistics or supply chain experience in consumer healthcare, OTC, pharma, or regulated FMCG
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing logistics costs and service KPIs
  • Confident, customer-facing communicator who can manage escalations and build trust
  • Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable in a matrix, international environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar (required)
  • APICS / CSCP / CPIM or similar certification (desirable)
  • SOLE and/or APICS membership (preferred)
