Manager of Healthcare Partnerships - IL, IN, KY, WI Territory

<p>The Manager of Healthcare Partnerships will maintain Managed Medicaid channel growth through continued development of relationships at Managed Medicaid, AAA, CBO, PACE and state case management agencies.  The position will concentrate on supporting health plan and agency partners with successful Medically Tailored Meal programs through responsive account management and expanding knowledge of referral pathways by leading field-based members.
