And we’re just getting started!</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Manager, Treasury & Strategic Finance Operations will play a pivotal role in managing Solink's treasury functions, optimizing cash flow, and driving financial efficiency across the organization. This individual will collaborate closely with FP&A, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support long-term financial planning and operational excellence.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support FP&A and Leadership with Long-Term Modeling and Cash Forecasting: </strong>Collaborate with the FP&A team and senior leadership to develop and maintain comprehensive long-term financial models and cash flow forecasts, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own Treasury, Banking Operations, Cash Flow Planning, and Liquidity: </strong>Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking relationships, ensuring the company's financial stability and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive Special Cross-Functional Initiatives to Streamline Financial Processes, Systems, and Forecasting: </strong>Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing financial systems, processes, and forecasting methodologies, driving continuous improvement and scalability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Oversee Accounts Payable Performance and Efficiency: </strong>Monitor and optimize accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments, improve vendor relationships, and enhance operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Run Working Capital Optimization Projects: </strong>Identify and implement strategies to optimize working capital, including inventory management, receivables, and payables, to improve cash conversion cycles and support business growth.<br></p></li></ul><h2><strong>About You</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CTP, or CFA designation preferred.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in treasury, financial planning, or strategic finance roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of cash management, financial modeling, and liquidity planning.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with advanced Excel modeling is essential.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Security Requirements</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Our Values</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We do things the Solink way:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Act with URGENCY</strong> – Our customers move fast, so we do too.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Deliver with QUALITY</strong> – We sweat the details and hold a high bar.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Win with TEAM</strong> – No egos.
