Collaborate with the product specialist partners to achieve business growth targets.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Corporate & Specialty clients. Develop and maintain long-term relationships, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues. Continuously assess client satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance the overall client experience. Partner with product partners across the bank to maximize return, including Capital Markets, Risk Management (IRD, Rates & Commodities), Asset Based Lending, Treasury Management and other product partners.</li><li>Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the banking division. Monitor revenue generation, profitability, and cost management. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.</li><li>Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate potential risks and protect the bank's assets.
