<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>What makes this role important at Ipsos:<br><br></strong>As a Market Research Analyst, you play a role in supporting the delivery of strategic insights to our clients through the execution of research projects. Your work includes a variety of studies requiring sharp time management skills and a keen attention to detail. This is a position where you will learn to be a major force in research design and gain experience managing key market research projects.<br><br><strong>What You Can Expect To Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Executing and coordinating the fundamentals of advertising research projects on time and on budget, working closely with teammates </li><li>Working on questionnaire design and analysis planning with senior team members </li><li>Preparing client deliverables (reports, presentations, proposals), finding new and exciting ways to visualize the data that elevates our storytelling </li><li>Work with senior team members to understand the business needs of the client and translate them to the appropriate research design </li><li>Support multiple projects/priorities and gradually build increased responsibility to become more independent </li><li>Participate in mentorship of new Analysts and Interns, including shadowing on projects, providing guidance on tasks throughout the project lifecycle, etc. </li><li>Attend client briefing meetings and results presentations, build presentation skills via attending client presentations and through dedicated skills training </li><li>As you progress and develop, you will collaborate on the analysis and interpretation of survey results to fine tune analytical skills </li><li>Participate in initiatives that support our service line (i.e., growth/new product/employee training & engagement) <br><br></li></ul><strong>This might be the job for you if you have:<br><br></strong><ul><li>BA or BS in marketing, business, communications, or related field </li><li>Some experience in market research, marketing, communications or advertising is preferred </li><li>A curious mindset and a genuine fascination for the field of advertising </li><li>A passion for working with data and extracting meaningful insights </li><li>An ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and succeed in an everchanging, innovative environment </li><li>An interest in storytelling with the capacity to express narratives visually and verbally </li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects </li><li>Ease and confidence with “thinking on your feet” </li><li>Business acumen and critical thinking skills </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal </li><li>The ability to thrive within a team environment and a willingness to contribute to a positive culture </li><li>Some experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches </li><li>Proficiency with MS Office & Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides) <br><br></li></ul><em>If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
