We are currently looking for Graphic Designer Intern to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer Intern develops and implements a wide variety of marketing and communications materials to promote Tea Mansion stores, products and brand.

  • Create concept and design Marketing material that includes but is not limited to catalogs, mailers and printed material, emails, web assets and advertising
  • Create eCommerce website design, marketing advertisements and updates
  • Run marketing campaigns on different platforms and enhance social media engagement.
  • Generate corporate design assets that include but are not limited to; business cards, HR documents, product logo development and product labels
  • Conceptualize and design corporate branding material
  • Archive all work in a clear and organized program
  • Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job which may also include tasks related to daily operations of the organization and supporting retail store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields, or a related area of study:

* Graphic Design
* Fine Arts with a strong emphasis in graphic design

  • Skills:

Should be able to use Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft office.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail.

Should be able to work alone or in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should have understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory and information design.
Ability to tell compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work and interface with customers, coworkers, and management.

Must be a team player who is passionate and willing to learn new things.

Excellent with social media coordination like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and be able to generate online brand followers.

Must have open availability to work which may include working on weekends and according to the needs of the business.

Candidate should be located in Northern Virginia or must be willing to relocate.
