This role uniquely balances heavy, day-to-day execution with high-level strategic contribution. The ideal candidate is an "ultimate doer" and early AI adopter who drives inbound leads, while simultaneously analyzing performance data to identify new initiatives and proactively recommend improvements. You will not wait for direction; you will execute flawlessly, analyze the results, and communicate actionable strategies to leadership.<br></p><p style="margin-top:0px"><b>Core Responsibilities</b><br></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm"><li style=""><b>Strategic Ownership & KPI Analysis:</b> Go beyond just tracking numbers. Regularly review KPIs (views, interactions, lead quality) to understand <i>why</i> campaigns succeed or fail, and present data-backed action plans and quarterly proposals to leadership.<br></li><li style=""><b>Lead Generation & Demand Creation:</b> Drive inbound inquiries for owner acquisition and leasing through targeted digital channels. Focus strictly on lead <i>quality</i> and conversion.<br></li><li style=""><b>Proactive Initiative & Leadership:</b> Independently research and bring forward tested formats, new marketing trends, and improvement proposals without waiting for top-down direction.<br></li><li style=""><b>Flawless Execution & Follow-Through:</b> Take absolute ownership of project timelines and recurring deliverables. Track, follow up on, and close out all discussed initiatives without requiring reminders from leadership.<br></li><li style=""><b>AI & Trend Implementation:</b> Continuously leverage the latest AI tools and trends to automate workflows, scale content production, and improve campaigns.<br></li><li style=""><b>Content, Social & Video Execution:</b> Own day-to-day publishing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok.<br></li><li style=""><b>Contant Production</b> Edit and format video content using tools like Descript, Capcut.   Images with Canva.<br></li><li style=""><b>Leasing & Sales Support:</b> Write and optimize active vacancy listings.
