Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Operations Assistant is the perfect role for someone near the beginning of their marketing career, that has a solid grounding in administration and operations, and that is looking to learn how a full-service marketing department functions in a competitive environment. You will get the opportunity to gain marketing experience across a broad mix of international (currently UK and US) and local marketing activities using the whole marketing mix; therefore, you will need to be a well-organised and motivated individual, willing to take on a busy and varied schedule.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Within this role, you will be supporting the Head of Marketing and our team of consultants with:<br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>• Website Management: Day to day updates on our website using a Content Management System (CMS), including basic optimisation for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).<br></div><div>• Design: Within brand guidelines but with the opportunity to push boundaries, lead on design projects primarily via Canva – creating social graphics, internal materials, and external reports and presentations as required.<br></div><div>• Social Media: Contribute to our social media calendar with ideas, graphics and, preferably, the ability to write engaging and optimised posts using excellent English writing skills.<br></div><div>• Proposals: Work closely with our recruitment consultants to assist them with company proposal and presentation documents as and when required.<br></div><div>• Data Integrity: Data input and reviews of existing data, ensuring that it’s useful for further analysis by the Head of Marketing and wider business.<br></div><div>• Email Marketing: Ongoing assistance managing email automations and editing e-mail marketing communications to candidates and clients.<br></div><div>• Competitor analyses: Completion of competitor analyses across social media, websites and other activity.<br></div><div>• Job board management: Ad-hoc management of day-to-day roles we post across our network of job boards.<br></div><div>• Employer Branding: Working closely with our internal recruitment team, creating fun and engaging content that continues to make us a sought-after place to work in the sector.<br></div><div>• Ad-hoc management of mar-tech: Day to day management of different marketing systems critical to the functioning of the business (after training).<br></div><br><h3>Requirements</h3><div><br></div><div>Critical<br></div><div><br></div><div>• Previous working experience within a marketing role.<br></div><div>• Excellent written and spoken English.<br></div><div>• A confident individual who is good at building working relationships remotely.<br></div><div>• Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.<br></div><div>• Great organisation and planning skills.<br></div><div>• The ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Preferred<br></div><div><br></div><div>• The ability to proofread and write engaging copy for LinkedIn, Email marketing and Instagram accurately.<br></div><div>An understanding of how to leverage ChatGPT and other AI programs to improve marketing productivity and processes whilst not compromising on quality.<br></div><div>• Video editing experience an added benefit.<br></div><div>• Recruitment marketing or professional services experience would be an advantage.<br></div><br>
