Marketing & Special Events Coordinator

We are an independently owned restaurant group seeking a Marketing & Special Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote long-term growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Correspond with location managers and communicate with other departments within the company as needed
  • Establish standardized procedures in a tiered fashion, and properly execute them
  • Execute effective marketing strategies
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
  • Keep marketing campaigns on track and up to date
  • Analyze the effectiveness of each campaign
  • Utilize graphic design to create and deliver content that meets event/promotion specifications
  • Prepare mass emails to customers to provide information regarding upcoming events
  • Monitor and post to social media websites on a regular basis
  • Organize and update website content
  • Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners as needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator
