Role summary:

The Marketing Intern of Dentsu Sports International (DSI) will provide daily support to the Global Commercial Team (GCT) on business and administrative arrangements, while coordinating with the GCT to assist DSI's service offerings for sports properties and brand clients worldwide.

The intern will provide daily support to the Global Commercial Team (GCT) on business and administrative arrangements, while coordinating with the GCT to assist DSI's service offerings for sports properties and brand clients worldwide. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of activities and truly be a part of a growing team where the opportunity for development is limitless.

Core responsibilities include:

Assist in conducting market research, tracking market news & trends, and delivering industry data & insights.

Assist on pre-sales material creation, including but not limited to sales material compilation, consolidation and translation, customized creation of pitch documents, product and service development, and desktop research on sales leads etc.

Support in scheduling and following up daily meetings, business activities, departments operations, inter-departments relationships.

Complete tasks assigned by the DSI GCT and assist with other assigned responsibilities as needed.

A bit about you:

  • Familiarity with or passion for the sports industry is preferred.
  • Proactive and responsible approach to work, with the ability to handle ad-hoc tasks calmly and flexibly.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, and proficient in office software and internet applications.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and management skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
