Your Role & Responsibilities Responsible for reviewing medical records for completeness. Assembles medical records into a standard order. Responsible for filing records in designated areas according to Sayre Christian Village’s applicable alphabetic and numeric filing system Ensure that patients’ initial medical charts are complete. Ensure all medical charts are completed and properly identified and signed. Responsible for store discharges and shredding discharges as needed. Responsible for monitoring HIPPA compliance.
