This is a 1099 contractor role at $45/hour, 15 hours per week, for an initial six-month engagement.</span></span><br><br><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="color:#000000;">This role is primarily execution focused. The AfroTech Insider team has a defined growth strategy and a clear set of operational and infrastructure projects that need to be built and maintained. The Contractor will own the day-to-day execution of those workstreams building, and maintaining conversion infrastructure, managing reporting systems, coordinating cross-functional project timelines, and running membership operations without requiring close supervision.</span></span><br><br><span style="line-height:normal;"><span style="color:#000000;">The right candidate has direct experience managing membership or subscription programs, is comfortable building operational systems from scratch, and can move quickly across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
