Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook / Instagram Ads)

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our products across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook
  • Create and test different ad angles, hooks, creatives, and audiences
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on data
  • Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and audience behavior
  • Coordinate with content creators and video editors for ad creatives
  • Research competitors, viral trends, and successful ad styles
  • Continuously test new strategies to improve performance and lower acquisition costs
  • Scale winning ads while controlling budget efficiency
  • Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations

Requirements

  • Experience running Facebook and Instagram ads
  • Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
  • Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Strong understanding of short-form social media content and viral-style ads
  • Ability to analyze ad data and make optimization decisions
  • Creative mindset with good marketing instincts
  • Familiar with e-commerce or product marketing
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly
  • Experience with baby products, family products, or Kickstarter campaigns is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of UGC-style ads and viral reel structures
  • Experience testing multiple creatives and hooks quickly
  • Familiar with AI-generated content workflows
  • Basic understanding of copywriting and consumer psychology
