This includes increasing testing volumes, expanding service scope across water and environmental analysis, and identifying new opportunities - particularly within water hygiene and Legionella markets - in line with ALS revenue, EBIT and ROS targets.</p><p></p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote (Coventry as main operational site)</p><p><b>Hours Per Week: </b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">37     </span><b>   <br>Days per Week: </b>Monday to Friday<br><b>Basis: </b>Full Time and Permanent<br><b>Hiring Manager: </b>Sarah Middleton<br><b>Closing Date:</b> Monday 22nd June 2026</p><p></p><p><b>The Day to Day</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead key client relationships across, building strong multi-level stakeholder networks.</p></li><li><p>Act as the senior escalation point for <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">commercially/operationally</span> significant issues, ensuring timely resolution.</p></li><li><p>Run regular client meetings and service reviews to protect performance and uncover opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Deliver structured key account plans, focused on retention, growth and profitability (ROS).</p></li><li><p>Identify and execute organic growth opportunities within existing accounts (expanded scope, increased share of spend, deeper partnerships).</p></li><li><p>Lead tenders/bids and complex commercial opportunities, ensuring high-quality submissions.</p></li><li><p>Own pricing for new opportunities and major projects, aligned to EBIT/ROS targets.</p></li><li><p>Maintain oversight of contract costs and performance.</p></li><li><p>Represent ALS externally and stay current on relevant regulations, market trends and testing innovations.</p></li><li><p>Partner with sales, commercial and operational teams to grow ALS Environmental’s Water & Land business.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Essentials</b></p><p>We’re looking for a confident communicator and senior relationship builder with strong commercial discipline.
