nCino Salesforce Administrator II

Location: 800 Philadelphia Street Indiana, Pa 15701 Hours: Monday - Friday: 8AM-5PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: The nCino Salesforce Administrator will implement and support nCino and ancillary products following bank strategies and in accordance with bank’s core values and documented procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Configure and deploy basic system changes as assigned by Director of nCino & Salesforce Product Management and nCino Salesforce Administrator Lead. Provide support of nCino and ancillary products interacting with third-party vendors and Managed IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Providing awareness to Director of nCino & Salesforce Product Management and nCino Salesforce Administrator Lead. Convey system issues and outages, updates, and resolution to users through a S&T Central communication, Issue Comments, Tickets, emails, and in-app guidance, where applicable. Escalate system issues and questions to nCino Salesforce Administrator Lead when assistance is required. Follow the nCino Product Management – End User Support Process procedure for all Incidents, Requests and Changes. Monitor ticketing system within nCino for any new, stale, overdue or on hold tickets to meet deadlines and maintain accurate and complete documentation. Create and update nCino and ancillary products (i.e., Experian, API’s, SSO, etc.) knowledge base articles and maintain departmental procedures. Identify and communicate with Managed IT Services or system vendor(s) troubleshooting and issue resolution. Perform system release testing for both major and minor releases in sandbox and production following departmental release procedures. Gather quarterly nCino SOX review documentation and complete process according to departmental procedure. Work with internal business lines providing assistance as stated in the procedures to assist with completion of the Quarterly Experian and Semi-Annual PRA Trigger testing. Complete maintenance tasks for nCino and ancillary products (i.e., Experian, API’s, SSO, etc.). Complete mandatory and assigned trainings and certifications within the prescribed timeframe with a qualifying score. Crosstrain with coworker on all duties and responsibilities. Maintains a good working relationship with all bank employees. Demonstrates the ability to work independently. Works as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization. Completes other tasks and duties as assigned by IT management. Education: Requires a four-year degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, economics, business, or IT. Pursuit of Salesforce certifications preferred. nCino University certifications: Commercial, Business Banking, Treasury, Retail, Customer, and Salesforce Trailhead must be obtained within 2 years of placement. Experience: Requires two to five years general experience with one to two years specialized experience in nCino, Salesforce, API’s, change managements processes, software troubleshooting, banking operations, products, and lending processed preferred. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 90% of the day; operates electronic equipment: 25% of the day; operates office equipment: 25% of the day; carries equipment: 10% of the day. Sitting is required 80% of the day and walking is required 20% per day. Routinely lifts 10 lbs. one time per day, maximum lifts 20 lbs., one time per day.
