Nurse Practitioner - Aesthetic nurse injector for Med Spa

Azure Dream Day Spa & Med Spa is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a Nurse Practitioner license to administer cosmetic injectables like Botox and dermal fillers, perform consultations, and create customized treatment plans in a med spa setting. Requirements:

  • Licensure: Nurse Practitioner (NP) License in the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • Certifications: Certifications for specialized, advanced training in cosmetic injectables.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology setting and in administering Botox and cosmetic fillers
  • Skills: Must be proficient in facial anatomy, injection techniques, have a keen eye for symmetry and aesthetic balance, and provide expert patient education on pre/post-care. Must have knowledge of cosmetic Injectables (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, RHA, Juvederm, Radiesse, Sculptra, Kybella, PRP, etc.). Knowledge and/or experience in resurfacing laser treaments is a plus (Co2, Morpheus8, IPL, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Perform consultations and aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to skin rejuvenation and injectables as mentioned above.
  • Evaluate client's needs to properly recommend and develop appropriate treatment plans, services and skin care products during client consultations.
  • Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and proper pre- and post-treatment care.
  • Perform precision injections of neurotoxin and filler according to the compliance standards of practice set forth by the company and state law.
  • Ensure effective client care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardized procedures, communication of treatment protocols, and training.
  • Upkeep accurate documentation of all treatments administered within all client medical records, and follow all Virginia state medical regulations.
  • Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task; must be dependable, flexible, motivated, and punctual
  • Participate in promotions and engaging in Company social media.
  • Maintain a professional neat appearance that adheres to the Company's dress code.
  • Maintain an elite, clean, and organized work/treatment areas throughout the location
  • Drive business through rebooking, selling products and services, and recommending treatment plans to clients to ensure their desired goal will be met.
