Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior architects and designers in developing architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D models, and renderings.
  • Support the preparation of design documentation, presentations, and project proposals.
  • Conduct research on materials, building codes, and design trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members via online platforms to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage digital files, CAD libraries, and project documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Perform minor revisions and updates to existing designs based on feedback from clients or senior architects.
  • Ensure design accuracy, adherence to specifications, and compliance with architectural standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent visual and spatial awareness with an eye for design detail.
