Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic, patient, and tech-savvy Online Coding Tutors to teach programming to young learners in a fun, interactive, and engaging way. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1:1 or small-group online coding classes for children aged 6–14.

  • Teach basic programming concepts such as logic, loops, sequencing, and problem-solving.

  • Use kid-friendly coding platforms (Scratch, Blockly, Python basics, etc.) to support learning.

  • Develop simple lesson plans, exercises, and creative coding activities.

  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and coordinators.

  • Maintain an engaging and supportive virtual classroom atmosphere.

  • Troubleshoot simple technical issues during classes when needed.

  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of basic programming languages or block-based coding tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially when teaching children.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, child-friendly manner.

  • Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and familiarity with online teaching tools.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Experience

  • Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or coding training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
