We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Teachers to join our dynamic remote teaching team. In this role, you will deliver engaging, personalized lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels, fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to teach from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on students’ language learning journeys.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and group English lessons via our online platform for students ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students’ individual learning goals and proficiency levels.
  • Provide constructive feedback and track student progress regularly.
  • Utilize interactive tools and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of lessons, attendance, and student performance.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum and teaching materials.
  • Ensure a positive and motivating learning environment for all students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to learners of various levels.
  • Comfortable using technology and online teaching platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to engage students actively.
  • Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching English to non-native speakers.
  • Familiarity with online classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS platforms).

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience preferred, though passionate beginners with strong English skills and teaching aptitude will also be considered.
  • Experience with online or remote teaching is a plus.

Working Hours
