Job Summary

MindCare Services is seeking compassionate and professional Online Psychology Counselors to provide remote therapy sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online counseling and therapy sessions with clients via video, audio, or chat platforms.
  • Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide tailored interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
  • Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other professionals to enhance client care.
  • Provide clients with coping strategies, resources, and follow-up support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field.

Experience
