Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Subscriber Care Agent to support our growing subscriber base. This fully remote position focuses on providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to online subscribers during weekend and overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to subscriber inquiries through email, chat, and web-based platforms with professionalism and clarity.

  • Provide support for account access, subscription renewals, billing questions, and general service-related concerns.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues users encounter and escalate complex problems as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
