Online Tutor (Part-Time) – Top Academy, $25-$50/hr

Top Academy is a specialized educational services company providing one-to-one online tutoring for students in grades 3–12.

We are currently seeking passionate and qualified tutors to join our growing team.

Position Details:

  • Part-time
  • Fully remote / online
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Evening and weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions
  • Prepare students for school courses and standardized tests
  • Develop personalized learning strategies
  • Track student progress and communicate professionally with families

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a Top 100 college/university
  • OR
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience at a school or educational centerAdditional Requirements:
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Strong communication and teaching skills
  • Professional, responsible, and punctual

For Test Prep Tutors ONLY:

  • Minimum SAT score of 1400
  • Minimum ACT score of 33

Compensation: $25–$50 per hour based on experience, subject expertise, and test scores.
