The role includes site visits across Germany and occasional travel to Italy.</p><p>In this position, you will ensure the optimal performance of charging infrastructure in Germany through continuous monitoring, technical support, remote diagnostics, and the management of anomalies in accordance with contractual SLAs. You will coordinate and supervise on-site maintenance and repair activities, including both preventive and corrective maintenance. In addition, you will be responsible for spare parts management and will support the development and optimisation of service processes as well as technical documentation.
