Outpatient Physical Therapist

Fitness Quest Physical Therapy is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, patient-centered care in an outpatient environment, delivering customized treatment plans that help patients restore function, reduce pain, and achieve their individual health and performance goals. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based plans of care, and deliver skilled interventions across a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough musculoskeletal and functional movement assessments, designing individualized therapeutic exercise programs, and employing manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as clinically appropriate. You will document all evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in our electronic medical record system in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring clear communication of goals, outcomes, and recommendations. Collaboration is central to this position; you will work closely with referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and the internal clinical team to coordinate care, adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, and support optimal outcomes.

You will educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and lifestyle strategies that support recovery and long-term wellness. As part of Fitness Quest Physical Therapy, you will be immersed in a culture of care, personalized treatment, and clinical excellence.
