Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage digital support tickets and requests via chat, email, and internal systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to digital platforms.

  • Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
