What You’ll Do

  • Translate PPC strategy into clean, scalable account execution
  • Maintain campaign structure, tracking integrity, and optimization consistency
  • Oversee PPC Specialists and ensure execution quality
  • Monitor CPA, ROAS, pacing, lead quality, and account health
  • Identify and solve structural or performance issues quickly
  • Review search terms, intent logic, conversion tracking, and budget pacing
  • Help guide scaling decisions based on performance efficiency
  • Coach Specialists to improve analytical thinking and execution quality
  • Deliver clear performance summaries, risks, and recommendations to leadership
  • Help improve SOPs, workflows, and operational consistency across accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of PPC experience
  • Strong Google Ads experience required
  • Experience managing high-spend or complex account structures
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and campaign architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • High accountability and ownership mindset
  • Calm under pressure and able to prioritize effectively
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members is a plus
  • Microsoft Ads and Programmatic experience are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time, in-office in Scottsdale, AZ
  • Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed for urgent client situations
