The Apartment Turn Over

Painter responsible for property and facility painting and paint repairs, unit make-readies to ensure quality standards. Hands-on position painting while ensuring all safety requirements are consistently met with quality standards delivered. Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.

Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.

Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.

Must possess a working knowledge of residential building painting Perform maintenance painting of wall, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors repairs, including texture painting, refinishing, etc.

Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.

Must function under general supervision.

Must be flexible and have integrity.

Must possess the ability of effectively work with residents and staff.
