What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property-related bookkeeping tasks with a focus on accounts payable (AP).
  • Performing reconciliations with precision and accuracy.
  • Utilizing accounting systems and structured workflows to maintain financial records.
  • Handling multi-entity accounting or intercompany-style tracking.
  • Meeting monthly deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Supporting community association bookkeeping for our property management clients.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in property management, multi-entity accounting, or AP-heavy roles.
  • Strong reconciliation skills and a sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property/accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with AvidXchange or other AP automation tools.
  • Comfort working within structured workflows and accounting systems.
  • Prior experience in community association bookkeeping is highly preferred.
  • The ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
