Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and processes in simple terms to diverse audiences. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Visio. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have: Lean Six Sigma certification, demonstrating your expertise in process improvement and lean principles. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, including Big Query and Big Query Assistant. Experience with Jira and Scene, with a strong understanding of their applications in process improvement. A minimum of 2 years of past leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving results through effective leadership.
