Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Analyst with strong analytical, data visualization, and SQL skills to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing data, tracking campaign performance, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing campaign data across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Monitor KPIs and provide performance insights to the marketing team to improve ROI.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to interpret analytics results and support data-driven strategy adjustments.

  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Present findings and recommendations through data visualization and clear reporting.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all marketing databases and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Experience
