Part-Time LTL Operations & CLI FACTS Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S. Preferred)

Schedule: Flexible, 15–25 hours per week

We support both carrier and brokerage operations and are seeking an experienced LTL professional to help improve processes, support system implementation, and assist our operations team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time remote professional with experience in Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) transportation and preferably CLI FACTS. The ideal candidate understands rating, billing, tariffs, customer pricing, and carrier operations and can help our team improve efficiency and solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

* Support and optimize CLI FACTS workflows.

* Review LTL rating, tariffs, customer pricing, and accessorial charges.

* Assist with billing, invoicing, and operational troubleshooting.

* Help document and improve transportation processes and SOPs.

* Support staff training and operational best practices.

* Analyze operational issues and recommend practical solutions.

* Assist with customer setup, reporting, and data management.

* Participate in periodic remote meetings with management.

Qualifications

* Experience in the LTL transportation industry.

* Experience with CLI FACTS preferred.

* Knowledge of LTL rating, tariffs, billing, and accessorials.

* Experience supporting carrier operations, customer service, dispatch, billing, or pricing functions.

* Strong Excel and analytical skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

* Former employee of an LTL carrier.

* Experience with CLI FACTS, SMC3, CzarLite, RMDS/D83, or similar transportation systems.

* Experience implementing or improving transportation processes.

* Experience training transportation personnel.
